Manage Early Adopter Program operations: scheduling, CRM tracking, sandbox provisioning
Maintain launch readiness frameworks and go/no-go checklists for releases
Lead internal product launch evaluations: recruit evaluators, synthesize feedback
Coordinate cross-functional work across product, eng, services, sales
Support ePAC/iPAC logistics: scheduling, agendas, insights, closure tracking
Maintain readiness docs: release summaries, training materials, guides

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in product operations, project/program management, or organizational readiness
Bachelor\'s Degree required
Experience in SaaS or technology product environments preferred
Clinical trial or life sciences industry experience preferred but not required
