Product & Regulatory Lawyer

📋 Description

• Ensure products comply with laws and industry standards; assess risks and review features.
• Collaborate with product/marketing to deliver legally compliant, business-friendly solutions.
• Stay proactive on legal/regulatory developments; take necessary actions.
• Develop/update internal procedures and documents for hosting and domain compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (software, tech, marketing, vendor).
• Create and maintain standard agreements and processes to ease tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• LL.M. degree with 4+ years’ in-house or firm legal experience, tech preferred.
• Strong curiosity to investigate unfamiliar issues for informed decisions.
• Proven ability to advise business stakeholders across diverse legal matters; prioritization.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; team player.
• Excellent written and oral communication in Lithuanian and English.
• Experience in regulatory or IP law is a plus.
