📋 Description

• Support Product Relations Manager in product configuration with manufacturing and supply chain.
• Maintain processes between Supply Chain Ops and Product Development for quality.
• Ensure product hierarchies and attributes support reporting and data integrity.
• Act as SME on product configuration and customer experience in supply chain workflows.
• Collaborate with Product teams on high-level physical product configurations for new products.
• Ensure finished product files ready for supply chain and fulfillment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years managing print production and/or materials kit production
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience delivering impeccable customer service to strategic customers
• Intermediate financial acumen, including margin and ROI analysis
• Supply chain and/or continuous improvement experience
