Product Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Conduct application security assessments and penetration tests.
• Collaborate with developers to enforce secure coding in the SDLC.
• Design and implement security solutions to protect applications.
• Provide guidance on application security best practices.
• Based in Boston with 4 days in-office and 1 day remote.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Application Security Engineer or similar.
• Strong SDLC understanding and secure coding practices.
• Proficiency in security assessments and penetration testing.
• Experience with security tools: firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, NAC.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for application security.
• Experience with cloud security and DevSecOps.
• Familiarity with OWASP Top Ten and security frameworks.
