Product Senior Lead

📋 Description

• Lead ideation and roadmap for Alli platform features.
• Drive AI/data-science tools to boost marketing outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional strategy with Engineering, Sales, Marketing.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Establish partnerships with Google, Amazon, OpenAI.
• Champion UI/UX and data-driven experimentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years in ad/creative agency or product-focused tech
• 5+ years with customer data, martech data sets, and/or digital ads; with creative teams
• Strong stakeholder management
• Experience delivering product marketing presentations (Keynote/PowerPoint)
• Passion for understanding users and their behavior
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering and/or data science modeling
• End-to-end product lifecycle experience
