Product Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and resolve complex Level 4 (L4) support escalations
• Investigate, reproduce, and diagnose customer-reported technical issues, identifying root causes
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to investigate software defects and support
• Document investigation findings, reproduction steps, troubleshooting procedures, and resolutions
• Create, maintain, and improve support articles, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and self-service
• Analyze support tickets and recurring incidents to identify product gaps and customer challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience in technical support, product support, solutions engineering, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including root cause analysis
• Practical understanding of APIs, REST services, web technologies, and HTTP protocols
• Working knowledge of SQL and databases
• Experience with debugging tools (browser dev tools, application logs, Postman)
