📋 Description

• Use your technical understanding of client processes to configure end-to-end Catalyst experiences for global clients.
• Be the knowledgeable contact for Catalyst configuration and setup, translating client needs into the right approach.
• Collaborate with developers and Product Owners to configure and operate Catalyst products.
• Take on configuration tasks based on client requests and support ongoing enablement.
• Identify opportunities to optimize configurations and scale solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as product/technical consultant or related role.
• Experience configuring and operating multiple products within a platform.
• Ability to translate client needs into standardized, scalable solutions.
• Strong technical skills to troubleshoot across applications.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, or Personalization platforms.
• JavaScript and SQL experience.
