Product Specialist - Real Assets

📋 Description

• Act as an operational quarterback for EMEA Real Estate and Infrastructure investments, maintaining
• Join pipeline and live transaction discussions early, establish the operating plan and critical
• Support the assessment, design and implementation of investment and holding structures, including
• Coordinate financial, tax and other due diligence workstreams with Big Four and other advisers
• Drive transaction implementation by sequencing Portfolio Management, Tax, Treasury, Controllership
• Own or support recurring key events, including capital calls, reinvestments, refinancing

🎯 Requirements

• ~5+ years of experience within a Big Four firm in audit, tax, transfer pricing, transaction
• Demonstrable interest in moving into an operations-focused role with broad responsibility across
• A recognised professional qualification, such as ACA, FCA, ACCA, CIMA, CTA or an equivalent.
• Experience of complex project management involving multiple stakeholders, jurisdictions, advisers
• Strong financial and commercial literacy, with the ability to understand investment structures
• Exposure to private markets, real assets, Infrastructure, Real Estate, fund structures
