• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required; an advanced degree or MBA is

• Understanding of PBM technology systems is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders without direct
