Product Strategy & Operations - Global Product

📋 Description

• Work on cross-cutting company strategy projects and collaborate with teams to implement changes
• Partner directly with senior leaders and cross functional teams to accelerate progress, solve hard
• Drive analysis and research to help inform our overall strategy and make the right growth decisions
• Help shape the product roadmap for the Global Product business through robust gathering of
• Advise Product, Engineering, GTM & cross-functional leadership teams on where resources should
• Partner with Finance to drive planning processes, including investment decisions, strategy updates

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a strategy, business operations, or highly analytical role at a
• Ability to add structure and clarity to ambiguous, open-ended problems, and distill complex
• Ability to understand complex, technical products and articulate their value to non-technical
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple functional stakeholders
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, demonstrated by a track record of driving alignment and
• Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams
