Product Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide technical support for mission-critical applications and production environments.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application and system issues.
• Manage customer interactions and ensure timely resolution of support requests.
• Use ticketing systems to monitor, prioritize, and document incidents.
• Create and maintain service documentation, knowledge articles, and procedures.
• Collaborate with technical teams to investigate issues and implement effective solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in product support or related technical role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience supporting mission-critical applications and production environments.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification is preferred.
• Experience creating technical documentation and support materials.
• Exposure to Linux/Unix/Windows; SQL and Oracle familiarity.
