Product Support Engineer

📋 Description

• On-site role supporting a government contract in Annapolis Junction, MD.
• Install, update, configure, administer, troubleshoot, and monitor Linux and Windows VMs running
• Collaborate with software engineers to fix product bugs and provide additional support as needed.
• Test and evaluate new software releases before production deployment.
• Implement and manage configuration management per client enterprise.
• Perform on-site backup and disaster recovery operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years in a client-facing role as a system integrator/administrator/engineer.
• Ability to read and diagnose issues from logs and system errors.
• Strong troubleshooting skills; experience with Java applications.
• Linux Command Line (Bash) proficiency; Bash scripting.
