Product Support Engineer

📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in healthcare data products.
• 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Familiar with SQL or willing to learn; adept with Excel analyses.
• Technical writing: explain complex concepts in plain language.
• Nice to have: experience in product or collaborating with product teams.
• Nice to have: AI evals background and agentic quality frameworks.
• Attention to detail; clear, concise communication; tell stories with data.
• Bias toward action.
