Provide technical support to end users
End-to-end user maintenance, including user creation, modification, deletion
Master data maintenance (bank account management, interfaces, statements etc.)
Creation and maintenance of AD groups
Manage day-to-day delivery, maintenance and troubleshooting of TMS systems, operations and services
Manage security for TMS files and folders

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience on any of (database administration, support, analysis) or related
Especially with production support in ERP data management / SaaS application desirable
Knowledge with IT service management concepts (Preferable ITIL, LEAN)
Good problem solving skills
Fluency in English is essential
Very good communication skills
