Product Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Serve as final escalation point for the ELD compliance product.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of complex product issues with R&D.
• Analyze device telemetry and fleet patterns to produce actionable insights.
• Support audits and inspections with Escalations, Product, and Legal teams.
• Lead post-mortem analyses to identify root causes and trends.
• Collaborate with Support and R&D to resolve customer issues.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years in technical support, field or systems engineering with hardware-software.
• Familiarity with ELD rules and regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication; ability to influence.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with direct customer interaction, incident response, and on-call.
