๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Triage & troubleshoot frequent cases with ops and eng teams.
  • Troubleshoot VoIP/SIP calls and RTP packets using Wireshark.
  • Replicate API issues with Postman and escalate as needed.
  • Analyze T.30 and T.38 Fax over IP packets with Wireshark.
  • Run live packet captures from cloud servers on Linux.
  • Familiarize yourself with Telnyx API and VoIP products.
  • Monitor pager alerts and improve self service docs.
  • Liaise with peers to resolve escalated cases.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • SIP, RTP, T.38 and other Fax over IP protocols.
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills.
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills.
  • Ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast moving environment.
  • Understanding of API/SDK concepts.
  • Self-starter with initiative and teamwork.
