📋 Description

• Act as a user advocate and trusted consultant for Box's full suite of web and desktop applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for strategic enterprise customers via email and

• Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, STEM or related and currently enrolled as an
