Product Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Work with Account Teams to produce bills of materials for customer solutions.
• Complete configurations and quotes for vendor hardware and software.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects on performance analysis and sizing.
• Gather pre-sales proposals and docs for project transition.
• Create baseline proposals and RFP responses.
• Lead training for Technical Architects on opportunity and quoting tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-5 years hands-on data center experience.
• Experience with data center solutions (storage, networking, compute, virtualization, automation, security).
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, resourceful and able to work under pressure.
• Able to communicate with all levels of resources.
