Provide technical support via calls, emails and feature requests
Diagnose configuration issues, data discrepancies, and workflow errors
Troubleshoot application issues to identify root causes
Help customers with software projects including Custom Report building and Custom App configuration
Create, contribute to, and maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with Client Services and Development to improve tools

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in software support or accounting
Strong research and troubleshooting skills
Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge
Familiar with SQL or basic data queries
English and Spanish communication skills
Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Information Systems (preferred)
