  • Located in CST or PST.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in Tech, eCommerce, SaaS or similar role
  • Ability to handle a high volume of requests with empathy
  • Excellent writing; clearly describe technical concepts in emails
  • Nice to have: Fluent in French as well as English
