Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, PM, and Engineering to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
Assist with pre-launch product testing and report defects.
Maintain external knowledge base and facilitate device repairs.
Develop creative technical solutions for users with communication needs.

🎯 Requirements

Android, iOS, Mac, Windows proficiency.
Familiarity with Amazon Alexa and Google Suite.
Remote access, mobile device settings, accessibility tools, wireless network troubleshooting.
Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 3-5 years in technical support preferred.
