Product Sustenance Engineer

📋 Description

• Responsible for IT application support activities including maintenance, administration, and Level
• Work closely with Eurofins resources in Labs, Business Analyst and Service Desk to provide Level 2
• Support Change and Problem management process.
• Perform L2 support - diagnosis, investigation, resolution, coordination with business, application
• Creation of ticket and tracking through lifecycle.
• Coordinate with L3 support for application bug/ enhancement requirement.

🎯 Requirements

• BE/MCA or any other equivalent degree.
• 3–4-year experience in Software Application support teams.
• Customer focused and goal orientated with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Good competent in English.
• Good knowledge on database manipulation skills (like MSSQL/T-SQL scripts/queries).
