Product Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Support the administration, maintenance, and improvement of deposit and digital banking platforms.
• Investigate issues, troubleshoot, and escalate to vendors or internal teams.
• Develop test plans, execute UAT, document results, and track defects.
• Coordinate product implementations and participate in post-launch reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, Vendor Management, and others.
• Create and maintain system documentation and SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, IS, CS, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1–3 years in banking, financial services, business analysis, or related area.
• Analytical: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and banking/digital platforms.
• Testing: Familiarity with QA, UAT, and defect tracking is preferred.
• Banking knowledge: Experience in financial institutions is advantageous.
