📋 Description

• Design and develop technical product training materials (eLearning, workshops, simulations)
• Apply backwards design and outcome-based development for measurable outcomes
• Collaborate with SMEs, PMs, and stakeholders to translate product function into learning content
• Develop clear objectives, assessments, and activities aligned with workflows
• Measure effectiveness via formative/summative assessments and iterate
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve training development efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years designing learning solutions in various environments
• Experience with instructional design methods (backwards design, outcome-based development)
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• Proficiency with eLearning tools, multimedia design, and LMS
• Experience using AI within learning/content development tools
• Ability to create measurable goals aligned with product workflows
