📋 Description

• Deliver engaging virtual instructor-led training (vILT) sessions, webinars, and customer learning
• Partner with instructional designers and subject matter experts to develop, maintain, and improve
• Translate complex product concepts into practical, customer-focused learning experiences that
• Design and recommend new learning programs, formats, and educational resources based on customer
• Analyze participant feedback, learning effectiveness, and training metrics to continuously improve
• Mentor facilitators and support the development of training standards, instructional practices, and

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical training, customer enablement, instructional delivery, learning
• Experience delivering virtual instructor-led training and facilitating engaging learning
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS solutions, analytics platforms, incentive
• Ability to simplify technical concepts and translate them into practical, learner-friendly content
• Experience using learning technologies such as Zoom, Docebo, Zuddl, Kahoot, or similar virtual
• Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design concepts, and
