• Final quality check for all artwork before production.
• Evaluate artwork and digitize embroidery designs at production speed.

• Mentor junior staff and track KPIs tied to art quality.
• Own Art Specification Standard; maintain 500+ approved production files.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years embroidery digitizing & art prep in high-volume apparel/B2B production.
• Pulse, Wilcom, Hatch embroidery digitizing software expertise.
• Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop at production level.
• Deep embroidery machine knowledge; stitch limits, thread color, garment interactions.
• Screen print color separations, DTG file optimization, heat transfer specs.
• Leadership/mentoring experience; train junior staff and establish standards.
• Vendor relationship management and SLA negotiation.
• Detail-oriented; manage multiple complex workflows without errors.
