Production Assistant - Catering Coordination

📋 Description

• Support the Catering Coordinator in planning and supervising catering ops
• Coordinate the distribution of food, beverages, and supplies
• Monitor vendors to ensure schedules, service levels, and contracts
• Oversee setup and dismantling of catering areas and hospitality spaces
• Manage day-to-day catering issues and escalate when needed
• Maintain clear communication with Production, Hospitality, and providers
