Production Associate

📋 Description

• Determine the correct batch recipe to gather, measure and mix ingredients
• Ensure dough is delivered into a rounder
• Record batch data and maintain proofing library
• Achieve and maintain dough certification
• Perform metal detector checkups and dough temperature monitoring
• Change dough sizes on dough divider, metal detector, JLS, and ink jet as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of production or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read/interpret production process materials, dough thermometers, gauges, and record data
• Must be available to work during a shift scheduled anytime during a 24-hour day, over any 7-day
• Must be able to work in a cleaning/sanitation environment with water and cleaning chemicals
• Must successfully pass a background check every third year
