Production Associate

📋 Description

• Support LA MFG team with daily ops, production, and maintenance.
• Move, load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas, equipment, and facilities.
• Perform basic assembly, packaging, and material handling.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up workstations and projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in labor, warehouse, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and perform various tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate basic tools and equipment.
• Manufacturing and assembly experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
