Production Associate

📋 Description

• Collate standard BAU in-store media requirements, including sourcing store lists and preparing
• Gather installation instructions and imagery from internal stakeholders, ensuring partners and
• Compile, organise and summarise installation compliance data, providing clear outputs when required.
• Support the briefing of our professional photographer and associated production tasks, including
• Help ensure communications meet quality standards through careful checking, accurate record keeping

🎯 Requirements

• Experience engaging confidently and collaboratively with stakeholders at different levels.
• Relevant experience in production, print or media, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to help deliver accurate, high-quality work to
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage information and multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Excel; experience using CRM or workflow tools such as Monday.com or Salesforce
