Production Associate (Starlink/Akoustis)

📋 Description

• Operate process equipment to fabricate and characterize devices.
• Follow MES instructions for production.
• Document production and SPC data.
• Maintain safety and quality protocols.
• Communicate issues to lead or supervisor.
• Cross-train across multiple tool sets.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Associate degree in technical discipline (preferred).
• Experience in electro-mechanical or precision manufacturing (preferred).
• Experience with wafer/semiconductor handling (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and docs.
• Proficient with PC, Windows, and MS Office.
