Production Controls Scheduler (Dragon)

📋 Description

• Own production scheduling for a work center; manage day-to-day tasks and long-term rate.
• Create a rate-based schedule for hardware and track build constraints for missions.
• Use schedules to gain stakeholder buy-in on hardware allocation for missions.
• Set, track, and execute daily/weekly goals considering personnel/equipment limits.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers; communicate needs.
• Understand MRP requirements; lead cross-functional efforts to improve accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree +1+ yrs in manufacturing scheduling, or 3+ yrs without degree.
• 1+ yrs ERP/MRP experience in production environment.
• Strong problem-solving with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to build relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Technical: SQL, Excel, VBA, Smartsheet, Power BI, JIRA/Confluence.
• PMP certification preferred.
