Production Coordinator

📋 Description

• Track and deliver parts and kits to propulsion technicians across workcenters.
• Fill and maintain floor stock for parts, tooling, and consumables.
• Provide feedback on work instructions and BoMs for flight-critical parts.
• Establish new part flows for workcenters with consistent standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, technicians, inventory, and planning to reduce shortages.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role
• 2+ years experience using ERP, MES, and/or WMS software
• Experience in dynamic, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
• Strong computer literacy; quick to learn new software platforms
• Highly organized, responsive, and able to drive consistency across sites
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to production and launch sites
