Production Coordinator, Silicon Assembly (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Coordinate daily production for the silicon packaging line, including scheduling, material flow
• Track and report production status, yields, cycle times, and bottlenecks using manufacturing
• Liaise with engineering, quality, supply chain, and operations to resolve issues quickly and keep
• Maintain accurate production records and inventory of critical materials (wafers, substrates, die
• Support continuous improvement, 5S, and lean initiatives on the packaging floor to reduce waste and
• Assist with new product introduction (NPI) and ramp-up of new packaging processes and equipment

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or operations coordinator role
• Experience in semiconductor packaging, die attach, wire bonding, encapsulation, or similar processes
• Familiarity with MES systems
• Knowledge of ESD, cleanroom protocols, and IPC/JEDEC standards
• Experience supporting high-reliability or aerospace/space hardware production
