Liaise across teams to ensure components flow through production on time
Own location and status of hardware, kits, builds on the manufacturing floor
Perform ERP/MES transactions to transact parts
Autonomously prioritize and execute in dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environments
Actively seek information to understand work orders and internal customer needs
Work with Production/Material Planning to identify part shortages

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Production Coordinator or Expeditor (or similar role)
2+ years of experience with ERP, MES and/or WMS software
Able to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted
Proficient communication across email, Slack, and other platforms
Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office
Flexible schedule and ability to work non-standard shifts, overtime, and weekends
