Partner with manager to issue POs, track samples and manage WIPs.
Communicate daily with domestic and international vendors to track production status, resolve
Monitor POs, delivery dates and internal launch dates.
Maintain and update internal tracking systems.
Own weekly delivery updates and sample status meetings.

🎯 Requirements

1-2 years of work experience with a focus in production
Effective communication and problem-solving skills, including confidence in facilitating
Highly organized and can multi-task projects in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated to ideate and implement new ways of process building and problem solving
Outstanding organizational skills
Strong business acumen and the ability to create maximum value out of limited resources
