Production & Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Plan and run the daily and weekly production schedule across multiple jobs, balancing labor
• Lead, train and schedule factory laborers and temporary crews, and coordinate with our staffing
• Own floor operations and safety, including material handling, machine moves and crane lifts
• Run quality checks and keep rework low, escalating issues to engineering with a proposed fix
• Own a production scoreboard: throughput, schedule attainment, rework hours, downtime, quality
• Report results weekly and lead the conversation about what to fix next

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years running production, manufacturing or construction logistics, including 2+ years leading
• Track record of hitting output targets while holding the line on safety and quality
• Experience managing several projects at once, with production scheduling, materials, inventory and
• Comfortable with data: you set targets, track them and act on them
• Comfortable coordinating temp labor, trucking and equipment vendors
• Thrives in early-stage ambiguity and can build structure while running the work
