Production Designer

📋 Description

• Take approved templates and produce high volumes of design variations across channels.
• Adapt creative for demand gen campaigns and partner programs (ads, pages, emails).
• Create and update slide decks and internal materials.
• Support monthly promotions, events, and trade shows with high-quality assets.
• Resize, localize, and version designs for multiple platforms; maintain brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers/marketers; leverage AI tools to speed up workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic or production design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (required); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid knowledge of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with production design: resizing, versioning, asset adaptation.
• Attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution; high-volume work.
• Familiar with AI design tools; experience supporting demand gen or marketing.
