Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical, or
2–3 years in production/manufacturing with shop-floor supervision.
Willingness for 3-shift system (including night shifts).
Experience with Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Gemba Walks.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality/regulatory standards.
Fluent English and Turkish (written and oral).
