Production Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build developer platforms and automation to improve reliability and velocity.
• Architect high-availability solutions (DR, failover, scaling).
• Develop services and tooling in Python, Go, or Rust for reliability.
• Extend and optimize CI frameworks (e.g., Jenkins) for multi-machine builds/tests.
• Apply Linux/Unix fundamentals to design resilient systems and tune performance.
• Embed security into CI/CD by design, including access control and patch automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering with scalable architectures.
• Deep expertise with CI/CD platforms and modern automation.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust for automation and tooling.
• Strong Linux/Unix fundamentals with troubleshooting and tuning.
• Hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes (preferred).
• Observability experience: monitoring, logging, tracing in CI/CD.
• Bonus: Build systems (Bazel, CMake) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or open-source CI/CD contributions.
