Production Engineer - Mechatronic Systems

📋 Description

• Role focuses on optimizing production processes for mechatronic systems on the factory floor.
• Collaborates across design, production, and quality to ensure manufacturability and adherence to
• Includes development of manufacturing tools, equipment, and procedures to improve workflow.
• Contributes to NPI by developing production plans and assisting with prototypes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or
• 2-3+ years manufacturing engineering experience (aerospace/defense preferred).
• Proficiency with CAD software: SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, Inventor.
• Strong understanding of aerospace materials, composites, CNC machinery; knowledge of AS9100 and
• Experience with quality control, SPC/inspection techniques; data analysis; MES familiarity.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
