📋 Description

• Measure and analyze production performance to drive decisions.

• Lead Lean continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering
• 3+ years in production/manufacturing engineering
• Lean project leadership experience
• CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Comfort with production metrics and SPC
• Strong PM fundamentals and cross-functional comms
