📋 Description

• Evaluate and improve product structures for manufacturability, quality, cost, and stability.
• Develop and test prototypes; provide feedback before mass production.
• Manage COND data, samples, molds, and docs for accurate handoff.
• Incorporate feedback from Production to improve products and reduce risks.
• Propose new materials, tools, and technical solutions for projects.
• Track tasks, update progress, and ensure timely completion.

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or above in Design or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of product design and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of 3D cards, Kirigami, modeling, prototyping, and materials.
• Proficient in Rhino, 3DS Max, AutoCAD, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Basic English reading and writing for work communication.
• Ability to create technical drawings and accurate physical prototypes.
