🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading software engineers through complex or ambiguous technical work
• Experience in software environments where reliability, scalability and production risk matter
• Experience taking significant technical initiatives from problem understanding through delivery
• Experience helping teams adopt new tools, practices or ways of working
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly and set direction
• Strong grounding in computer science fundamentals, including concurrency, multithreading and data
