📋 Description

• Coordinate shift responsibilities; improve shift productivity.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure great customer experience.
• Be the go-to person for all other operatives on shift.
• Attend daily review meetings; assign duties and staff changes.
• Prepare for shift ahead; ensure materials and stock are ready.
• Conduct quality checks to meet product specifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a line leader/area leader in food manufacturing
• Read and communicate confidently in English
• Numerate; able to understand and work with numbers
• Rotating shifts: days, nights and weekends
• Hard-working, diligent with a hunger to learn
• Comfortable with raw meats: beef, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb
