📋 Description

• Coordinate shift responsibilities and boost productivity
• Conduct quality checks for a great customer experience
• Be the go-to person for all on-shift operatives
• Attend daily review meetings; appoint duties and staff changes
• Prepare materials and stock for the upcoming shift
• Perform machine hygiene and changeovers; meet KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a line leader/area leader in food manufacturing
• Confident English communication
• Numerate and comfortable with numbers
• Available for rotating days/nights and some weekends
• Hard-working, diligent with a hunger to learn
• Comfortable handling raw meats (beef, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb)
