Production Lead Operator - Everest

📋 Description

• Coordinate areas & shift responsibilities with the team leader
• Conduct quality checks to ensure customer experience
• Be the go-to person for other operatives on shift
• Attend daily review meetings and assign duties
• Prepare for shifts with materials and stock
• Operate hygiene and changeovers for equipment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a line leader or area leader in food manufacturing
• Fluent English communication
• Numerate and comfortable with numbers
• Willing to rotate shifts; days/nights & some weekends
• Hard-working, diligent, eager to learn
• Experience with raw materials (beef, pork, chicken, turkey, lamb)
