Manage the resource planning across all projects in the office
Apply analytical thinking to data while considering the human aspect to plan decisively
Lead with studio leadership to execute all plans
Ensure information for resource planning and staffing is accurate and up-to-date
Collaborate with Global Production Management on efficiency goals and plans
Manage conflict resolution and sensitive conversations with diplomacy

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years in a VFX PM role, episodic TV preferred
Deep understanding of VFX processes: assets, layout, animation, lighting, and compositing
Strong leadership; train, mentor and motivate teams
Strategic problem solving and decision making
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Excellent collaboration and communication
