Production Manager

📋 Description

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities to meet schedules and costs
• Work with procurement + logistics to maintain production flow
• Ensure products delivered on schedule and within budget
• Support operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Coordinate end-to-end kitting, order scheduling, and works order release
• Coordinate flight store activities and ensure timely clean room delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in production control, material planning, or manufacturing operations
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and production scheduling
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple functions, including procurement and manufacturing
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workloads and manage deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
