Production Manager, Asset Maintenance

📋 Description

• Lead asset maintenance operations across manufacturing equipment, driving equipment availability
• Manage, coach, and develop maintenance supervisors, leads, and technicians, establishing clear
• Own maintenance performance through the CMMS and key metrics, including equipment downtime
• Partner with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, Supply Chain, and equipment
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance, critical spare parts, and equipment reliability
• Manage maintenance spending, service vendors, repair priorities, and equipment lifecycle decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, equipment reliability, or manufacturing
• 3+ years of experience managing maintenance teams, including direct supervision of supervisors or
• Strong technical knowledge of troubleshooting and repair of complex manufacturing equipment
• Demonstrated experience building and executing preventive maintenance, CMMS, and reliability
• Proven ability to lead root cause analysis, coordinate OEM and vendor repairs, manage maintenance
